Carys Pryce

Executive director and managing attorney

Carys founded Unison and runs it day to day, and still carries her own docket of firing and retaliation cases.

Carys grew up in West Scranton, where her grandfather worked the breakers and her mother cleaned offices downtown. She worked at a regional legal aid office before starting Unison to give employment cases the room they need.

Why Carys starts with the timeline

Most firing cases come down to what happened in what order. Carys asks for every date you can remember before she asks for anything else, then lines them up against the employer's story.

She'll tell you on the first call if she sees a case, and if she doesn't, what you can still do on your own.
