How Prakash builds a charge

A discrimination charge is often the first thing an employer's lawyer reads about you. Prakash writes it with you line by line, so it says what happened in your words and leaves out nothing the deadline would later cut off.

He meets clients in English or Nepali, and brings an interpreter for any other language at no cost.
